Christmas Support Hours

Ahhh, it’s that time of year again. Christmas is upon us, and that’s great because it usually means more bookings for you!

You’ll be pleased to hear that we have software technicians working full time throughout this period, with the exception of the public holidays (25th & 26th December, 1st January). They’ll make sure the system and servers are running smoothly, whilst working away on continuous improvements.

Customer Support

We will be offering email support only during the holiday season. The final day for phone support will be Friday 20th December, resuming on Friday 3rd January.

When you send an email to, you will receive an answer within 24 hours. Messages will be checked and answered daily, with the exception of weekends and New Year’s Day.

Just to reassure you, the lead developers receive email and SMS notifications around the clock if there’s any unexpected blip in the system, so you won’t be left in the lurch.
