Extended Customer Support Hours
What’s that? Phone lines open until midnight across Europe? Hurrah! We now offer phone support between the hours of 9am until 12am CET. For stateside clients, that’s until 6.00pm EST. It won’t be long until we’re 24/7… Sweet, huh?
Updated User Guide for Drivers
Having trouble getting your drivers onboarded? Using our driver app is easy. But we just made it even easier by sharing this link with them on signup. All drivers receive an email inviting them to install the app, containing this user guide.
Here’s how happy your drivers will look once they’ve started using T Dispatch:
Reporting / Booking Export
If you go to the full booking list inside the T Dispatch system, you’ll now find a date filter that lets you export a selection of booking data as a .csv file (spreadsheet). It’s the simplest way to generate a report!
Password Reset for Dispatchers
At last! You can now reset your own password, without having to ask us to do it for you! Rather long overdue, but you can now find the link on our login page. You’ll receive an email to reset your password if you forget it.
